Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Global Security Operation Center (GSOC) Operator located in Mumbai. The GSOC Operator will be responsible for monitoring security systems, assessing risks, managing incidents, and coordinating with security personnel. Day-to-day tasks include real-time surveillance, responding to alarms, compiling reports, and maintaining detailed logs of all security activities. The operator will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure seamless security operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in security monitoring, real-time surveillance, and incident management
• Skills in risk assessment and management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and responsive under pressure
• Proficiency in using security system software and tools
• Detail-oriented with strong report-writing skills
• Familiarity with global security best practices is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
