Bar Captain

• Prepare the bar area for service by ensuring it is clean, stocked, and properly set up.
• Prepare and garnish drinks according to specified recipes.
• Stock and manage inventory of supplies like ice, glassware, and garnishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of the bar, equipment, and surrounding areas.
• Ensure all activities comply with state and local laws for serving alcohol.
• Track and manage bar inventory.
• Communicate replenishment needs promptly to avoid shortages.
• Requisition necessary supplies, such as liquor.
• Take orders, communicate special requests to kitchen or bar staff, and ensure timely and quality preparation.
• Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
• Collect customer feedback for potential improvements to the menu and service.
