As a Walk-ins Assistant Security Officer, your primary role will be to ensure effective safety, security, and emergency response by following given procedures and directions from superiors. Your responsibilities will include: - Conducting periodic walking patrols of the facility/premises and designated parking lots as directed by superiors and reporting any discrepancies - Following all security procedures and complying with uniform and plain clothes assignments related to the job - Assisting or escorting visitors, vendors, or clients to/within the facility/premises as needed - Monitoring and reporting any discrepancies of activity viewed on surveillance equipment - Maintaining safety and security-related equipment, procedures, and facilities In terms of emergency response preparedness, you will be expected to: - Maintain thorough knowledge of the site emergency response plan and implement it during emergency situations and mock drills - Provide quick and prompt responses in all emergency situations in accordance with SOPs - Offer prompt first-aid assistance to staff and visitors - Successfully complete all scheduled safety and first-aid training programs - Follow and implement all guidelines received from RJC For EHS responsibilities, you will need to: - Report all abnormalities and incidents related to environment, health, and safety promptly and take immediate actions as per SOPs or as directed by superiors - Follow all safety and health procedures as directed and comply with all assignments related to the job Additionally, it is preferred that you hold B & C certificates of NCC. The preferred education requirement is Higher Secondary (12th Pass), and having 1 year of total work experience with 3 years in security is preferred.
