Technical Sales Consultant

As a Technical Sales Consultant at Hoffmann Group located in Sambhajinagar, you will play a crucial role in retaining existing business while developing new business opportunities primarily in Large and Medium Industries. Your responsibilities will include monitoring industrial conversions, tracking demand generation activities for MRO business in identified areas, and meeting regular sales targets on a customer and product basis. You will be expected to engage in sales and pricing negotiations to maintain margins at desired levels. Moreover, you will be responsible for managing and updating the CRM pipeline, prospects, and account plans. As the first line Technical Service Specialist when required, you will conduct product demonstrations, present the HOG Catalog to customers, and participate in field events like seminars, workshops, and marketing activities. It is essential to embody and communicate Hoffmann's unique selling propositions, values, and culture to ensure customer satisfaction and company growth. This role will entail travelling within the designated region to understand customer requirements, address technical issues, and facilitate active information exchange with relevant stakeholders. The ideal candidate should hold a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with 5-8 years of sales experience in the field of Industrial Tools. A strong understanding of the market landscape, industry groups, competitors, and Hoffmann product segment is crucial. We are seeking a target-oriented individual with exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required, along with knowledge of CRM systems and b2c platforms. A valid driving license is a must for this position.
