About the Role:

Techno-Functional Sales Consultant

The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, comfortable engaging with clients at both business and technical levels, and able to translate complex software features into tangible business outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand product functionalities and solution capabilities.
  • Engage with potential clients to identify business challenges, requirements, and goals.
  • Translate client needs into technical specifications and demonstrate how the solutions address their objectives.
  • Provide

    consultative insights and recommendations

    to optimize client operations through technology.
  • Deliver impactful

    presentations, demos, and proposals

    that effectively communicate the solution’s value.
  • Handle

    technical queries, troubleshooting, and user support

    during and after implementation.
  • Conduct

    software training sessions

    for end-users to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Build and maintain

    strong client relationships

  • Work closely with marketing teams to develop tailored collateral and sales materials.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration

    software architecture, integration, and implementation processes.

  • Excellent
