Hiring US IT Recruiter for full-cycle hiring: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure. Must know W2/1099, US visas, direct client roles, ATS, job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean/X-ray search, and meet daily submission metrics.

Required Candidate profile

LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Ceipal, JobDiva, OorwinExp working on direct client requirements.Ability and will to guide junior recruiters when required.
