Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing Candidates:

    Utilize various recruitment methods (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to identify and attract qualified IT professionals.
  • Screening and Interviewing:

    Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Candidate Management:

    Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing feedback and updates.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Pipeline Development:

    Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future IT positions.
  • Reporting:

    Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate quality, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Employer Branding:

    Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a corporate.
  • Strong understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.


QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
