Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for technical and non-technical positions
  
• Utilize various sourcing techniques and job portals to find suitable candidates
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications
  
• Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate assessments, and schedule interviews
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment metrics
  
• Ensure timely communication and coordination with candidates and hiring teams
  
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills throughout the recruitment process
  
• Make sound decisions in candidate evaluation and selection
  
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments and priorities efficiently
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in B.Tech / B.Sc / MBA / B.Com or any relevant field
  
• Prior experience in recruitment process and technical hiring (0-1 years preferred)
  
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and job portals
  
• Excellent time management and coordination skills
  
• Strong decision-making ability
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
