• Sourcing and Identifying Candidates:Utilizing various platforms like job boards, social media, and professional networks to find potential candidates with the necessary technical skills and experience.
• Screening and Evaluating Candidates:Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone or video screenings, and assessing technical skills and cultural fit for the role.
• Managing the Recruitment Process:Guiding candidates through the interview process, providing feedback, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.
• Negotiating Offers and Onboarding:Extending job offers, negotiating salary and benefits, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
• Building and Maintaining Relationships:Establishing and nurturing relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to build a strong network and pipeline of talent.
• Staying Updated on Trends:Keeping abreast of the latest technologies, industry trends, and recruitment best practices to effectively source and attract top talent.
• Promoting the Company:Acting as a brand ambassador, showcasing the company's culture and values to attract top talent.
• Conducting Job and Task Analyses:To understand the duties and requirements of open technical positions according to job boards.
