About the Role

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for technical roles.
Expertise in
W2 and C2C hiring
.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, networking, and referrals.
Manage vendor relationships and candidate negotiations.

Requirements

Experience:
1–5 years in technical recruitment (US Staffing preferred).
Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
Proficiency in using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must be able to
work onsite in Jaipur (5 days a week)
Immediate joiners preferred.

Good to Have

Previous experience in US IT recruitment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
