About the Role

Technical Recruiter


Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) for technical roles.
  • Expertise in

    W2 and C2C hiring

    .
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality profiles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and candidate negotiations.


Requirements

  • Experience:

    1–5 years in technical recruitment (US Staffing preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
  • Proficiency in using job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must be able to

    work onsite in Jaipur (5 days a week)

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Good to Have

  • Previous experience in US IT recruitment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
