Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the assigned territory or market segment. You will need to identify new business opportunities and proactively market financial products, such as loans and related services, to potential customers. Additionally, you will be responsible for effectively communicating and promoting various financial products offered by the organization to prospective clients. It is crucial to achieve sales targets by managing leads, conversions, and client retention strategies effectively. Providing excellent customer service to clients, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues promptly and professionally is also a key aspect of this role. You will be required to stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and changes in regulations to identify opportunities and potential risks. Identifying cross-selling opportunities and recommending appropriate financial products to clients to meet their needs is also part of your responsibilities. Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions, transactions, and sales-related activities, as well as adhering to the company's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to maintain compliance at all times, are essential. Providing regular reports on sales activities, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team is also expected. Qualifications And Skills: - Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience in the finance industry, particularly in bank/NBFC loans such as Business Loans, Housing Loans, Cash Credit limit (CC), Overdrafts limit (OD), Term Loans limit, and Loan Against Property. - Educational qualifications: MBA, M.com, or BBA. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients. - Proven ability to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. - Knowledge of financial products, market trends, and regulatory requirements. - Must possess a personal 2-wheeler for travel within the assigned territory. Skills required for this role include expertise in secured/unsecured loans, relationship management, and bank/NBFC loans.,
