Role & Responsibilities: ✅ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. ✅ Technical Hiring: Focus on hiring for roles in software development, cloud, data engineering, and digital transformation. ✅ Talent Sourcing: Use job portals, social media, referrals, and networks to attract top talent. ✅ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies. ✅ Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates’ technical skills, and schedule interviews. ✅ Candidate Engagement: Ensure a positive candidate experience through seamless communication. ✅ Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and hiring practices. ✅ Reporting: Maintain recruitment dashboards and generate hiring reports. Requirements: 🔹 Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field. 🔹 Proven experience in IT/Technical Recruitment with a strong understanding of tech roles and terminologies. 🔹 Hands-on experience with ATS tools and job portals. 🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 🔹 Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions. 🔹 Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 🔹 Experience in domestic and international hiring is a plus.
