As a Technical Recruiter, you will be playing a crucial role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top IT talent for our clients. You will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to excel in this position. Here is a breakdown of your responsibilities: - **Sourcing Candidates**: - Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and internal databases for candidate sourcing. - **Candidate Screening**: - Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates" skills and experience for job suitability. - **Interviewing**: - Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability. - **Candidate Relationship Management**: - Build and maintain candidate relationships, ensuring effective communication and a positive experience. - **Client Interaction**: - Collaborate with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to understand client requirements and job profiles. - **Job Posting and Marketing**: - Create compelling job postings, advertisements, and use social media for job promotion. - **Database Management**: - Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database. - **Market Research**: - Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and market conditions, providing insights to stakeholders. - **Documentation and Compliance**: - Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, legal requirements, and maintain related documentation. - **Continuous Learning**: - Stay updated on best practices in recruitment, sourcing techniques, and seek professional growth opportunities.
