Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead 24/7 SOC operations for MSSP clients ensuring monitoring, incident detection & response.
  • Manage SOC team (Tier 1–3 analysts, responders, engineers), ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Serve as the client liaison, providing regular reporting and insights on security posture.
  • Optimize SOC processes through automation, orchestration (SOAR), and proactive threat hunting.
  • Oversee security technologies: SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, threat intel platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with standards like ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR.
  • Collaborate with threat intelligence, engineering, and risk teams for improved posture.
  • Drive team development through training, mentoring, and cross-tool exposure.
