Job Description

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to support our HR department. You will handle daily HR tasks, help manage employee records, assist with recruitment, and support employee engagement. The ideal candidate should be organized, people-friendly, and familiar with basic HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
Maintain and update employee records
Support payroll and attendance tracking
Help organize training and employee engagement activities
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Respond to employee queries and provide support

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
