Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles such as

    Data Engineers, Software Developers, Support Engineers, QA, and other tech positions

    .
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networks.
  • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage offer negotiations.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Support HR operations including onboarding and documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree; HR specialization preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    technical hiring

  • Strong understanding of technology stacks and technical job roles.
  • Proficiency in ATS tools and MS Excel.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
