Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Gurugram. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, identifying and hiring top technical talent, and supporting the organization’s staffing needs. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to identify and hire top technical talent
• Experience in working with hiring managers to meet staffing needs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
