Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Recruiter located in Ahmedabad. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles. Daily tasks include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, crafting job descriptions, leveraging recruitment platforms, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. The role requires building strong pipelines of qualified candidates and staying updated on industry trends to improve recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting
• Strong knowledge of Recruiting processes and techniques
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hiring managers
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in IT recruiting or technical hiring is a plus
