Job Summary:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services sector (web development, mobile apps, custom software, digital marketing, etc.).
• Generate leads through platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, PeoplePerHour, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
• Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Could you collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to make sure that project delivery and client expectations are aligned?
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to generate quality leads and close deals independently.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and online bidding platforms (Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven track record in IT sales/business development (B2B preferred).
• Familiarity with project management tools and digital sales strategies.
