Role Overview

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for IT and software roles including Front-End Developers, Back-End Developers, Flutter Developers, AI/ML Engineers, Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
• Partner with technical leads and department heads to define hiring requirements and role expectations.
• Source and engage candidates through multiple channels — LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, Employee Referrals, etc.
• Evaluate candidates for both technical capability and cultural fit.
• Conduct initial technical screening discussions to validate understanding of programming concepts and software fundamentals.
• Maintain recruitment pipeline using an

  Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  for better tracking, reporting, and compliance.
• Build and maintain a strong network of technology professionals across domains.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and conversion ratios.
• Ensure a positive and professional

  candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
• Minimum

  3 years of experience

  in

  technical recruitment

  within an

  IT or software company

  .
• Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and industry trends.
• Hands-on experience with

  ATS platforms

  , sourcing tools, and professional networking channels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on quality and timelines.
