About the Role:

IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end recruitment process

  for IT roles (developers, engineers, analysts, project managers, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team needs.
• Source and attract candidates using

  job portals, social media, professional networks (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and manage candidate communications.
• Maintain and update recruitment reports and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Negotiate offers and facilitate onboarding of selected candidates.
• Stay up to date with the latest hiring trends and technologies in IT recruitment.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree

  in HR, IT, or related field.

• 3–5 years of experience

  in IT recruitment (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of

  IT roles, technologies, and skill sets

  (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.).
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring candidates through various channels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with

  ATS tools

  (e.g., Naukri RMS, Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple positions simultaneously
