Job Description

Experience:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for

    technical roles

    including

    Java Developers, .NET Developers, Angular Developers, Frontend Engineers, Backend Engineers, and Full Stack Developers.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements, draft compelling job descriptions, and execute targeted hiring strategies.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Assess candidates’ technical proficiency, project exposure, and alignment with role requirements.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, manage feedback loops, and ensure an excellent

    candidate experience

    throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for future requirements.
  • Track recruitment metrics including

    time-to-fill

    ,

    offer-to-join ratio

    , and

    source effectiveness

    to optimize hiring efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in

    tech recruitment, market mapping, and compensation benchmarking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in

    Human Resources, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in

    technical recruitment

    (in-house or agency), specifically for

    Java, .NET, Angular, Frontend, and Backend

    roles.
  • Solid understanding of

    software development technologies

    — frameworks like

    Spring Boot, .NET Core, Angular, React, Node.js

    , databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Excellent sourcing and networking skills using

    LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Naukri

    , and other tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multiple business units.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment.
