ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Position: Technical Lead Function: Delivery Technology: JavaScript & React.js Experience: 7- 10 years A full-stack JavaScript candidate, who will be involved in development and implementation of Enterprise level web application using JS Frameworks. Candidate would be responsible for the technical delivery of the assigned module/component & guiding mentoring team members in getting things done. in addition to this, he/she will be doing client/onshore interaction, requirement understanding and deciding implementation approaches. MUST HAVE • Framework Proficiency: Strong experience with one or multiple JavaScript based framework like Angular/React/Vue.Js. Knowledge of React & Vue.js is preferable. • JavaScript Proficiency: Good understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ (ECMAScript) features. • Node.js: Familiarity with server-side JavaScript using Node.js. • Team Leadership: Experience in leading and mentoring development teams. • Build and Packaging: Proficiency in build tools like Webpack, Rollup, or Parcel. • Version Control: Strong skills in using Git for version control. • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
