Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management) implementations, including at least 2 full-cycle projects.
Design, configure, and implement SAP RE-FX solutions, including IFRS16 lease management capabilities.
Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements and provide expert guidance on RE-FX processes.
Perform gap analysis between business requirements and SAP solutions, and develop actionable recommendations.
Prepare and execute data migration plans, including data validation, process testing, and system testing.
Implement SAP RE-FX functionality in alignment with SAP methodology and project standards.
Work independently and collaboratively within project teams to deliver SAP Real Estate solutions.
Manage and configure Master Data, Commercial Real Estate, Real Estate Search, Lease Management, Conditions, Adjustments, Sale-Based Rent, and ensure Legal Compliance.
Facilitate integration of SAP RE-FX with other SAP modules including PM, FICO, HCM, and PS.
Apply knowledge of Corporate Real Estate Management and Reservations to support business processes.
