Job Description

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES Position: Technical Lead Function: Delivery Technology: JavaScript/ES6+ Experience: 8- 11 years A full-stack Technical Lead, who will be involved in development and implementation of a JavaScript based robust Web component/framework/SDKs and would be responsible for the technical delivery of the assigned project. In addition to this, he/she will be doing client interaction & will be assisting a team for technical Implementation and improvement. MUST HAVE • JavaScript Expertise: Deep understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ (ECMAScript) features. • Framework Proficiency: Strong experience with one or multiple JavaScript based framework like /React/Vue.Js. • Web Components: Knowledge of developing and integrating web components. • TypeScript: Experience with TypeScript for type-safe JavaScript development. • UI/UX Design Principles: Ability to implement and guide UI/UX best practices. • Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing web applications for performance. • Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams. • Deployment Process: Expertise in deployment processes, including CI/CD pipelines. • Build and Packaging: Proficiency in build tools like Webpack, Rollup, or Parcel. • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
