Roles and Responsibilities :

• Design and update tailored for technical roles.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels, including

  social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.

• Craft compelling recruiting emails to attract passive technical candidates.
• Screen incoming

  resumes and application forms

  , focusing on technical qualifications and experience.
• Conduct

  interviews

  with candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language, and logical reasoning tests as part of the assessment process.
• Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards, and internally.

Required Profile:

• Candidate should be a Graduate with a

  B.Tech or BCA
