Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Onsite)

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join our team at our Vijay Nagar office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in hiring for technical roles, particularly in IT domains such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Software Development, etc. Prior experience in staff augmentation and handling end-to-end recruitment processes is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for technical positions across various domains.
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies.
3. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle – from job posting to offer roll-out and onboarding.
4. Maintain and grow a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
5. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring teams.
6. Build and maintain relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates.
7. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of recruitment metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in technical recruitment.
2. Strong knowledge of IT roles, especially in Data Engineering, Data Science, and other technical positions.
3. Experience working in staff augmentation or contract staffing environments.
4. Proficient with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, etc.).
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
