TECHNICAL RECRUITER

Their job is to identify top talent, then work to pair those candidates with the perfect job. Once the placement is made, our Professional Recruiters continue to work closely with each consultant—guaranteeing a world-class experience and offering continued support throughout their careers. Our Professional Recruiters accounted for over 80% of our job placements last year.

MUST HAVES

• 1-4 years of Technical Recruiting experience.

• Experience in full life cycle recruiting (source, screen, onboarding, and consultant management) in the India market.

• Have a background and willingness to be in a high call volume environment.

• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Basic computer skills (Email, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Word).

• Experience using job boards or other recruiting platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Naukri, and/or Career Builder.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.

• Flexible hours may be needed to support customers in different time zones.

• Ability to work M-F onsite in our Hyderabad location

PLUSSES

• Previous staffing company experience.

• Any experience with technical recruiting in addition to the India market.
