Recruitment and Talent Acquisition support to internal clients.

Responsibilities

• Manages full recruitment life cycle
• Attracts applicants by placing

  job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites.

• Sources resumes for roles in

  Digital/ Technology/ Analytics recruitment

• Determines and evaluates applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arranges management / technical interviews by coordinating schedules
• Closes offers post salary negotiations and keeping in mind the budgets for the open positions
• Coordinates with onboarding team and selected candidates for successful onboarding.

Must have prerequisites/ skills

• 3 - 7 years of US Technology hiring experience
• Good understanding of recruitment in US and Canada
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent resume sourcing skills
• Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills
