Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess candidates’ suitability.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Handle vendor management: coordinate with staffing partners, negotiate terms, and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and candidate databases.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment with hands-on exposure to technical hiring.
• Strong understanding of technologies such as cloud, software development, databases, and infrastructure services.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and third-party staffing partners.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple searches simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
