Technical Recruiter

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
  
• Source candidates through

  job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases

  .
• Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit.
  
• Coordinate

  technical assessments, interviews, and feedback sessions

  between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and closure.
  
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates to create a

  talent pool

  for future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with

  industry trends, recruitment tools, and emerging technologies

  in technical hiring.
• Ensure an excellent

  candidate experience

  throughout the hiring process.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience as a

  Technical Recruiter

  in IT, engineering, or technology domains.
• Strong understanding of technical skills such as

  software development, cloud, DevOps, databases, networking, ERP/PLM tools, and emerging technologies

  .
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and platforms like

  LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Stack Overflow

  , etc.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1–6 years of experience in

  technical recruitment

  (corporate or consultancy).
• Familiarity with ATS and HRMS tools is an advantage.
