Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter with 1–2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly in the IT domain. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of technology skills, a passion for recruitment, and the ability to build strong talent pipelines for various tech roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding for technical roles ( Fullstack,Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, etc.) Source and screen candidates from job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates’ technical fit and soft skills Coordinate and schedule interviews with technical panels and hiring managers Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job boards (e.g., Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) Basic understanding of software technologies and tech stacks Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously Show more Show less
