Role & responsibilities Job Title: IT Domestic Recruiter Location: Chennai OR Hyderabad (Onsite) Experience: 25 Years Industry: IT Services Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven IT Domestic Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and hiring IT professionals across various technologies for Indian clients. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the domestic market Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster), social media, and references Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations Maintain candidate pipelines and update recruitment trackers regularly Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of IT technologies and job roles Experience with ATS and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Education: Any Graduate (preferred: B. Tech, any Technical Graduate) Preferred candidate profile
