Domestic  IT Recruiter :

Exclusive on handling all Indian technical IT requirement

Need Technical IT Staffing experience with extensive experience on end to end recruitement.

Good Communication with well verse on Boolean Search,X Ray Search and others

Extensive experience on working with Naukri and LinkedIn Premium

Need Immediate Joiner and must be an individual contributor.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/colleges.
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods.
• Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees to become fully integrated.
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
• Prepare and present reports on recruitment activities to senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and resume databases.
• Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., phone, Skype, structured).
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Strong decision-making skills.
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, IT, or relevant field.
