Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities:

• Handle the complete recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing

candidates.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and create accurate job

descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other

innovative methods.

• Manage hiring for various levels and technologies across IT functions.

• Ensure quick turnaround for business-critical positions through effective hiring

strategies.

• Maintain active engagement with candidates post-offer to ensure a smooth onboarding

process.

• Track recruitment metrics, data, and pipeline updates effectively.

Requirements:

• 35 years of experience in IT recruitment with proven success in hiring technical roles.

• Strong understanding of IT technologies and related job functions.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

• Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
