Job Title: US Technical Recruiter (W2/Full-Time Hiring) Experience Required: 1+ Years Location: Noida, Sec 63 Shift Timing: US EST (Night Shift) Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in US IT Staffing , primarily focusing on W2 and Full-Time positions . The ideal candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing through various channels, and engaging effectively with candidates across multiple IT domains. Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for full-time W2 positions with direct clients and implementation partners. Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal ATS to find top talent.
