Key Responsibilities:Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit and interest.Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand specific hiring needs and requirements.Participate in recruitment drives and job fairs as needed.Assist in creating job descriptions and posting job advertisements.
