Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for full-time W2 positions with direct clients and implementation partners.
Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media (LinkedIn), and internal ATS to find top talent.
Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and availability.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipeline effectively.
Negotiate salary and rate terms (mainly W2) and close candidates in a timely manner.
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for future requirements.
