Fresher US IT Recruiter-(Salary 12k)

Job Summary:

Freshers

Training & Compensation:

• Salary during Training:

  ₹12,000 per month

• Post 6 Month Salary:

  Will be revised based on performance and evaluation

• Shift Timing:

  6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements from US-based clients and work on assigned positions.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability (communication, skill match, availability, etc.).
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment reports.
• Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Work closely with team leads to learn recruitment strategies and improve performance.
