Experience: 3 to 5 years Location: Noida Sec 83 Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Description : Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles including software and technical positions across various levels. Manage Non-IT hiring for support, sales, content, and administrative functions. Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles. Source candidates through various platforms: job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. Conduct initial screening, assess fitment, and schedule technical and HR interviews. Coordinate and manage the interview process, feedback, and offer negotiations. Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers for reporting. Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and proactively build talent pipelines.
