Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end IT recruitment

  for diverse roles across technologies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies.
  

• Source candidates

  through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other innovative channels.
• Conduct

  screening and assessments

  to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
  
• Maintain a strong

  talent pipeline

  and keep track of market trends in IT hiring.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
  

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• 2-6 years of proven experience in

  core IT recruitment.

• Strong technical bent of mind with the ability to understand complex IT roles.
  
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, networking).
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
