What you'll do:

• Own the entire recruitment lifecycle

  for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Source and attract top-tier tech talent

  from various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

• Conduct in-depth technical screenings

  to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles.

• Act as a key point of contact

  for clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing regular updates on recruitment progress.

• Manage the C2H hiring process

  , ensuring a smooth transition for candidates from contract to full-time employment.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline

  for current and future hiring needs.

• Stay up-to-date with market trends

  and new technologies to effectively source and engage with passive candidates.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter

  with a strong focus on hiring for technical roles.

• Mandatory experience in C2H hiring

  and managing the conversion process.

• Demonstrated experience in client handling

  , including managing client expectations and building strong professional relationships.

• In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques

  like Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other creative methods.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  to effectively engage with candidates and clients.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

  to handle multiple requirements and prioritize effectively.
