Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing and screening candidates for both technical and non-technical roles, preferably within the financial services industry.


Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer management.
  • Source candidates using multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Naukri and internal databases.
  • Handle recruitment for both Tech roles (C++, Python, Quant) and Non-Tech roles (Operations, Compliance, Finance, etc.).
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain and update candidate data and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders for interview scheduling, feedback collection, and closure.


Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of Tech recruitment experience (mix of tech & non-tech hiring preferred).
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven record of successful closures.
  • Experience hiring in the financial markets / fintech /HFT domain is highly desirable.
  • Graduate in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with modern recruitment tools, job boards, and ATS platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
