About the Role

US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Manage
end-to-end US hiring
for Machine Learning & AI roles
Source and recruit top talent in:
Agentic AI & AI agents development
Speech/Voice bots, conversational AI
RLHF / SFT / STS pipelines
LLM evaluation, tuning & deployment
ML Infra & MLOps
Build deep relationships with candidates and hiring managers in the US
Conduct screening, technical competency checks, salary negotiation, and onboarding coordination
Use ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter & technical platforms effectively
Stay updated on AI talent landscape across the US

Required Skills & Experience

1–4+ years of
US IT Recruiting
experience (must-have)
Proven hiring success for
Machine Learning, AI, and Research roles
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Strong understanding of US hiring processes, work authorizations & market trends
Experience working
night shifts
for US alignment

Nice to Have

Basic knowledge of:
LLMs, training pipelines (SFT, RLHF, STS)
Agentic workflows and voice AI systems
Prior staffing experience with AI-first startups or frontier labs
