Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for

  technical

  (IT, engineering, software, hardware, R&D, etc.) and

  non-technical

  (operations, admin, HR, finance, sales, customer support, etc.) roles.
• Source candidates through

  job portals, social media platforms, referrals, headhunting, and networking.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders.

• Manage the offer process including negotiation and final closure.

• Maintain recruitment tracker, dashboards, and regular reporting.

• Ensure a fast turnaround time (TAT)

  for all open positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company during candidate interactions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in

  technical and non-technical hiring

  across multiple domains.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
• Good understanding of screening and assessing candidate profiles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM (HR) preferred but not mandatory.
• Contract staffing experience is desirable.

Compensation & Work Mode

• Contract Duration:

  6–12 months (extendable based on performance & project needs).

• Work Mode:

  On-site (Haridwar & Noida).
