Job Title: Senior Product Consultant – P2P, O2C, SCM, FI Location: Noida / Haridwar Experience: 7 to 13 years Job Type: Full-Time Industry: IT / ERP / Consulting / Manufacturing (customizable) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Consultant with a strong background in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) , Order-to-Cash (O2C) , Supply Chain Management (SCM) , and Financial Integration (FI) . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end ERP implementation and solution consulting, especially within large-scale enterprise environments. The position is open for our offices in Noida and Haridwar , and may involve some travel between locations as required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage product implementations and client engagements related to P2P, O2C, SCM, and FI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, developers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Translate business requirements into system configurations, functional specifications, and solution design. Customize, configure, and support ERP systems or other enterprise applications. Provide guidance on best practices, business process improvements, and product adoption. Drive workshops, training sessions, UATs, and go-live activities. Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and contribute to product enhancements. Mandatory Skills & Experience: Minimum 7 to 13 years of experience in enterprise product consulting or ERP implementations. Hands-on expertise in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) and O2C (Order-to-Cash) processes. In-depth understanding and practical experience with SCM (Supply Chain Management) . Strong functional knowledge of Financial Integration (FI) modules. Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar. Strong business process understanding with the ability to map requirements to system functionalities. Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP FI/MM/SD, Oracle SCM, etc.) are a plus. Experience in manufacturing, retail, or logistics industries is advantageous. Willingness to travel between Noida and Haridwar as needed. Show more Show less
