Job Description

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player will handle all the resources and coordination from a technical standpoint. You must set and achieve objectives, ensure both top quality and control of the project, handle client and vendor interaction, and act as the subject expert.

1. Assisting and overseeing multiple IT implementation projects.

2. Liaising with stakeholders such as client, project personnel, vendors, and end-users regarding project requirements. Outlining, defining, and initiating the project.

3. Partner with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams

4. Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties

5. Gathering user requirements, analysing, and preparing Project Deliverables such as Project Charter, Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), Software Requirement Specification document (SRS) Use-Case Specifications & Project related presentations (PPTs)

6. knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology and project life cycle, Including Analysis, Design, and Review of Business and Software Requirement Specifications leveraging Waterfall and Agile Methodologies.

7. performing Functional and User Acceptance Testing. (UAT)

8. Work with the cross functional team to understand the Change requirement, if any, its implication and probable solution, prepare the CR request. Update the Project Charter and the pricing plan once the CR is approved.

  • 9. Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiar with Scrum methodologies
