Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities under the guidance of the project manager.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
• Facilitate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure project tasks are completed.
• Act as a liaison between project team members and stakeholders, conveying information and updates.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
• Coordinate resources, both human and material, to ensure project tasks are completed efficiently.
• Support the project manager in evaluating and improving project processes.
• Perform other administrative tasks as required to support project activities.
