Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager for ISDM at their new campus, your primary responsibility will be to lead the end-to-end project planning and execution for digital infrastructure setup. This includes collaborating with internal stakeholders to define deliverables, scope of work (SOW), and vendor engagement strategy. You will oversee vendor activities related to network infrastructure, cloud/hybrid systems, system integration, and IT security to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with ISDM's scalability and availability principles. Additionally, you will manage documentation, reporting, risk tracking, and lead all stakeholder communications, acting as the single point of contact for ISDM's leadership, vendors, and internal departments. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for digital infrastructure setup - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define deliverables, SOW, and vendor engagement strategy - Oversee vendor activities related to network infrastructure, cloud/hybrid systems, system integration, and IT security - Ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with ISDM's principles - Manage documentation, reporting, risk tracking, and lead stakeholder communications - Act as the single point of contact for ISDM's leadership, vendors, and internal departments Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of overall experience in IT/Infra project management - Must have delivered at least 2-3 digital infrastructure projects end-to-end - Experience coordinating multiple vendors, external integrators, and compliance audits is highly desirable - Certifications preferred: PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL Foundation, Basic cloud certifications (AWS/Azure fundamentals) As a Technical Project Manager, you should have advanced skills in project planning & execution, vendor management & coordination, communication & reporting, documentation & risk tracking, and operational oversight of infrastructure. Additionally, operational knowledge of IT security & compliance is required. Familiarity with the IT procurement lifecycle, experience with hybrid cloud architecture, and working knowledge of microservices vs monolithic frameworks are considered good-to-have secondary skills. Please note that regular availability for site inspections and stakeholder reviews is required. You will also be responsible for coordinating onsite and remote teams to ensure continuous progress tracking and issue resolution.,
