Project Manager (PMP Certified)

Role Overview:

Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within the insurance domain, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and Operations to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues, and develop effective mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Ensure consistent stakeholder communication, providing regular progress updates and escalations when necessary.
  • Align project execution with organizational strategies and client objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-project evaluations and lessons learned.
  • Adhere to PMP methodologies and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • PMP Certification

    (mandatory).
  • 0–8 years of project management experience

    , preferably within the

    insurance or financial services domain

    .
  • Strong understanding of insurance operations (Life, Health, or General Insurance).
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or Asana.
  • Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Experience in insurance software implementation or digital transformation projects.
  • Familiarity with IRDAI regulations and compliance frameworks.
  • PMP Certification
